UK Telematics’ innovative tablet based GeoFlag™ has been designed in partnership with our UK Local Authority customers as the first ever industry specified and developed fit for purpose solution for waste, winter maintenance and any other specialist application.
The in-cab tablet is the industry’s first ever true forced routing solution with seamless over the air synchronisation of routes. Specialist applications include GeoFlag™ Assist for assisted collection management, GeoFlag™ Commercial for commercial/paid for waste rounds, and GeoFlag™ Winter Maintenance for forced gritter routing and location based gritting instructions.
UK Telematics GritMAX™ solution provides seamless gritter control box integration with all leading gritter manufacturers.
In addition to monitoring and reporting control box activity, the GritMAX™ solution enables the user to convert snail trails into routes and add gritting exceptions to each leg. The user can then receive real time alerts and historic reporting if the gritter does not complete the pre-defined route or in the event of route deviation.
UK Telematics have worked in partnership with our customers to develop an award winning kerbside waste exception event reporting solution.
Waste operatives can use internally or externally mounted weather resistant rated telemetry boxes to quickly and easily report exceptions in just 3 button presses. UK Telematics then utilise the Vehicles GPS position to populate full address details. Customer service operatives can view exceptions in real time enabling Council’s to streamline the return to collect procedure.
UK Telematics make reporting as ease to use a possible for our customers. Users can schedule a report to arrive in your email inbox at any time that suits your business needs. Simply select the information you wish to see, and select when and how often you wish to receive it.
You can also set up alerts to be generated only when a pre-set tolerance is breached. These can be sent as system messages, text messages or emails and cover a wide range of fleet activity from driver behaviour, to vehicle utilisation and servicing intervals. UK Telematics integrated panic button and vehicle tracking solutions have been designed to protect all possible fleet users. Our solutions include in-cab panic button solutions, remote panic solutions which work away from the vehicle, and completely standalone tracking devices with panic buttons, movement detection and voice channels. Receive panic alerts in real time with a comprehensive historic audit trail.
UK Telematics can provide seamless integration with in-cab solutions to provide fully joined up IT interface for our Enterprise customers. Working with UK Telematics customer, Wales and West Utilities, UK Telematics worked in partnership with Maple, Panasonic and Ventyx to provide in-cab real time GPS feeds in NMEA format to the in-cab Toughbooks. This meant that the customer was able to use the real time location information for real time management and dispatch of operatives for responsive call outs.
In addition, UK Telematics are full Garmin integration partners. We are continually developing on the latest FMI protocols and Android devices to provide our customers with a seamless Telematics and in-cab solution.
